In a large cluster on the log with other slime moulds.

These sporangia were light brown to black with similarly coloured stipes.

 

On Day 5 (03 September 2023), these sporangia had turned light brown and slightly translucent.

They returned on Day 9 (30 September 2023):

Short and light brown, attached to the substrate by black stems.
