I found this large cluster on a log amongst other slimemoulds.

The sporangia were light brown to black with similarly coloured stalks.

On Day 5, these sporangia had turned light brown and slightly translucent.

They returned on Day 9:

These were short and light brown, attached to the substrate by black stems.
