Found on soil, in a well trodden area.

This white fungus was just emerging and could have been Phallus impudicus or perhaps a juvenile Amanita species.

On Day 2, I assumed this fungus could be a Phallus impudicus egg because of its translucent, cinnamon-buff areas, but when I went back to check it a week later, all traces of it had disappeared.
