These were medium-sized brackets with white, fading to yellow-buff, upper surfaces.
They had long, cream gills.

I saw them again on Day 15.
They had grown more yellowish, some a pale orange.
The central attachment areas were darker, but also bore white, spiky hairs.

On Day 16, they turned orangish and moist.

After decaying then disappearing, I saw some juvenile fungi in the same area:

On Day 23, they had not changed much.
