I found these large-ish fungi under a log at the basecamp.

They were dark brownish orange with a black, lashed edge.

On Day 6, they had changed little.

They returned by Day 10:

These were smaller and darker, with the dark ‘lashes’ turning inwards.

By Day 12, they were a faded orange colour:

I continued to see them here throughout my survey.
