This had an olivaceous-buff cap with a dark olive-brown apex and it was covered with a piece of white flesh.

The stem was patchy and white, but I could see no annulus (ring).

However, I have seen these fungi at Strumpshaw Fen with annuluses very high up on the stem, so I might’ve missed it.
