The first of these jell fungi was found on heavily-lichen-encrusted, fallen Ash.
As far as I know, neither Stereum hirsutum nor species of Peniophora appear to have any special preference for Ash, so it is hard to tell whether this is Tremella mesenterica or T. aurantia.

The other was found not attached to any substrate — perhaps it had been knocked off when the branch it was on fell.
This was also larger, with a lighter yellow colour.
