Growing eccentrically of a mossy log

This unidentified species had a 100mm across brown cap with an off-white edge and was raised at the apex.

The stem was white with a bark-like pattern of brown scales and was attached eccentrically to a rotting log.

It was found with one other, and had no annulus.
