On a pile of rotting logs.

This bright yellow slime mould covered the whole log.

Day 3 – 01 October 2022:

It had moved along the log from it’s previous position
and I had to turn the log over to see it.

On Day 4 (08 October 2022):

Old, now whitish, thicker and green-like.

By Day 5, it was now mostly blackened, but still had some white or pale yellow bubbly areas at the edges.
