This Phlebia radiata form was a bright, reddish-orange blob on a rotting log – which led me to initially consider it to be a slime mould.

It was bumpy with globule-like folds on it’s surface.

On Day 9 it had paled somewhat and grown larger.

On Day 12 it was even paler and slightly larger.
