The Dell

Day 1 – 15 September 2022

In wet moss.

This possible Marasmius had 6–12mm caps with a dark orange centre, turning suddenly a paler orange to the edge.

It had pleats which were darker than the cap but lighter than the apex.

Some specimens had one side a darker orange than the rest.

The stem was light orange and about 15mm tall, but it was very close to the ground and covered in grass and moss.
