This fungus had an approximate 80mm grey-brown cap and pink or grey close gills.

The edge of the cap had a reddish tint, and the apex was dark brown.

It had a white skirt-like annulus on a light grey-brown 15mm diameter stem.

The cap appeared to be eaten in some places, and the stem was a solid fibrous texture with a peach-coloured coloured centre.
